Designed to improve your strength and flexibility, our series of Yoga, Barre and Pilates classes combine breathing techniques and meditations to align your mind and body. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm muscles, while holding a pose can build your strength. Remove the distractions of everyday life and focus on the controlled movements of your body, freeing yourself from tension and stress and instead settling in to a renewed sense of calm and relaxation.


Learn HIIT

Your trainer will take you through a prism of exercises targeting every muscle group, designed to improve body composition and build muscle strength.

Ashtanga Yoga

Rejuvenate your body, making it stronger, toned, more flexible and controlled in this athletic flow.

Vinyasa Flow

Linking breath with movement, you will flow continuously through strong sequences, building strength and endurance.

Reshape: Glutes & Core

Built around improving your mid to lower body composition, this class implements low-weight equipment and your own bodyweight to improve strength and stamina.

Hatha Yoga

With a changing theme every month, Hatha Yoga will introduce you to a series of yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques, enabling you to improve week after week. 


Cardio Body Blitz

This high-intensity interval training class uses bodyweight exercises and a step choreographed to a bespoke soundtrack to raise your heart rate and work your entire body.
